NO MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL GRADE 4 - 8 WERE SEEN WALKING ALONG EVERGREEN AVE. AFTER SCHOOL AFTER 3:00. A FATHER AND HIS THREE CHILDREN WERE SEEN BIKING HOME DOWN EVERGREEN AVE. AS IS THEIR MORNING AND AFTERNOON DAILY CUSTOM. REDUCING TRAVEL LANE WIDTHS WILL ENDANGER THEIR SAFETY,

JUST WHO WILL USE THIS SIDEWALK ???????????? SEEMS LIKE A FRAUDULENT USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR PRIVATE PURPOSES.
