I stand corrected. They must have left school after 3:30 PM. . Marin Horizon is most likely maing a show by requiring afternoon walkers. Afternoon walkers counted earlier in Oct. counted an average of 4 walkers per hour. See Fig. 3 and 4 attached.

Charles, just to let you know that I went out to get our mail at 3:35 this afternoon. There were several groups of 5-7 children walking down from the direction of Marin Horizon School...probably 15 kids in total. I'm not happy about this whole proposal either, but we have to be accurate when we cite statistics. There were also four cars driving down past them, each with one child and a parent.
