See below email.

When community planners are so incompetent or unethical that their massive errors and omissions ensure a negative declaration communities are forever damaged if not destroyed.

Once approved and built a project in spite of massive errors and omissions ensduring a negative environmental declaration can not have anything other than a massive environmental impact.

Those at the Marin County Community Development Agency who were responsible for ensuring a negative declaration for Marin Horizon Schools proposed expansion plan are responsible for the continuing turmoil and negative impact of this school on Homestead Valley.

In my professional opinion those responsible are apparently not ethical or professional planners. They are the lackeys of politicians, big business and the destructors of communities.

Approval of locating and constructing Marin Horizon School, a multi-million dollar non-profit educational big business in Homestead Valley is not consistent with Tamalpais Area Community Plan Land Use Goal # 7 "Limit commercial development or redevelopment to uses that primarily serve the Planning Area Residents at a scale compatible with the semi-rural environment."

Tamalpais Area Community Plan Land Use Goal # 7 was "conveniently" not included in the 2005 Marin Horizon School Environmental Impact Study ensureing a Marin Horizon School fallacious negative declaration that is now being proved false.

Subject: Sidewalk - No Way

Charles,

I am not in favor of a sidewalk on Evergreen Ave. A long, cold concrete sidewalk on Evergreen will ruin the "open land" appeal of Homestead Valley. Everyone knows there is no room for a sidewalk. To date, cars are parked along both sides of Evergreen, 24-7. Two cars cannot pass each other without one car stopping to let the other car pass by.

The peace and tranquility that once existed to the residents of Homestead Valley have been replaced by daily stressful situations caused by the unexpected expansion of MHS. The residents of Homestead Valley are distressed from enduring the ill effects of a school that expanded in a small residential area. The quality of life of the residents of Homestead Valley are not even considered by the people who make the plans, MHS or the students' parents.

A resident of Evergreen Avenue
