See my earlier posted response to "Anonymous".   Morning west bound students and afternoon east bound students were counted over 14 school days.

It is well documented that Marin Hallburton School's presence in our valley is because of an extremely biased 2005 Environmental Initial Studies finding of a Negative Declaration.. An obvious false finding by Marin Hallburton School's  Marin County friends in high places visibly observed every day by the hordes of MHS moms driving on Evergreen Ave at speeds that endanger MHS walkers. Get rid of  MHS moms driving on Evergreen and suddenly Evergreen Ave, is a Safe Route to School as it was before MHS and the traffic it generates was wrongly imposed on our valley by Marin Hallburton School's  Marin County friends in high places.

How do you know it's for only 24 people? That 'study' you previously quoted is not valid since you won;t reveal who they are and whether they are potentially biased. By deliberately obscuring them and their motivations we have to assume it is a biased study and therefore utterly unsupportive of your argument
