Subject: County violates its Code of  Ethics  ref: Fwd: Evergreen Avenue Pending Sidewalk Plans and the Curtain of Silence

The  deliberate unethical failure of the County to engage the Evergreen Ave. community in meaningful, on-going dialogue destroys the public's confidence in county government and is  a violation of  Marin County's Code of Ethics which states " Actively promote public confidence in county government through your actions".

Why not  issue monthly design progress up dates and hold open to the community on board Evergreen Ave. design work sessions to inform the community ?
