1. Marin County (Kinsey) owns the parcel used by Mill Valley School District;

 

2 With Marin County (Kinsey) concurence Mill Valley School District  Marin County rents Marin County's parcel's land and facilities to  Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.

 

3. Mill Valley School District rent which is not insignifiant goes into its coffers in addition to school tax dollars.

 

4. Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's well heeled private school clients live somewhere else in the County or in Sonoma County

 

5. Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.well heeled private school clients must earm more than $250,000 a year as who else could pay more than $22,000 a year per child and some are sending more than one child to this exclusive commercial educational mill.

 

6. Marin Horizon School Corporation' Inc.'s annual tax exempt revenue  must  be in excess of $6,000,000 a year.

 

7. The above incestous realtionships coupled with  well heeleed one percenter clients explainsv why Kinsey and the Director's of the Community Development Agency and Department of Public Works take what ever measures are necessry to ensure that  Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc is not financially constrained in any way by the County requiring Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc. to comply with the County Wide Plan, Tamalpais Area Community Plan, Titles 19, 22 and 24 and the California Environmental Quality Act.

 

8. The extraordinary number of  Special Favors (52) described in the attached Exhibit A can only be explained by 'following the money" which exposes that in each case the 52 Special Favors finnancially benefited  Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc. and never Homestead Valley in general and the historical Evergreen Ave. neighborhood in particular.

 

THE ONLY WAY A COMMUNITY CAN PREVAIL IS BY A PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN THAT MONEY CAN'T SHUT UP IS BY EACH AND EVERY PROPERY OWNER PLACING "YARD" SIGNS ON THEIR FENCES ADVERTISING THE DESTRUCTION MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL CORPORATION INC. HAS WROUGH ON THE IMAGE OF EVERGREEN AVE. AND ON EACH OF THEIR PROPERTIES.

 

Everyone injured and or damaged by Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s sidewalk should post signs saying:

 

- Our wild plum tree was cut down thanks to MHS' sidewalk 1 new  MHS van would have saved it;

- Our landscaping was removed thanks to MHS' sidewalk 1 new MHS van would have saved it;

- Our home is now endanger of flooding thanks to MHS' sidewalk 1 new MHS van would have saved it;

- Our historical Evergeen Ave. has been destroyed thanks to MHS' sidewalk 1 new MHS van would have saved it;

- Endangerd Steel Head trout habitat has been be destroyed thanks to MHS' sidewalk 1 new MHS van would have saved it;

- Boycott MHS's sidewalk demand your school furnish 1 van.
