Brian,

It’s been more than 1 month since I requested a copy of MHS' revised Traffic Management Plan. And more than 5 years since Marin Horizon School
was required to modify its Traffic Management Plan by BOS resolution 2005-105 Condition of Approval #18; #18 A. and #18 F.

Note: MHW may not increase its enrollment above 265 until it has modified its Traffic Management Plan per Condition of Approval # 18 A.

While your staff and DPW's bully residents into paying for:
o Studies to confirm non-existent spotted owls, whose habitat is old growth forests that never existed in Homestead Valley;
o The erection of storey boards not required by Title 22;
o Prohibit residents from using on-street parking adjacent to their parcels;
o And allow MHS not to comply with all Title 24 parking requirements, your and DPW’s staff has not required MHS to comply with the Requirements of BOS Resolution 2005-105 Conditions of Approval #18; #18 A. and #18 F.

According to Condition of Approval #18, until this modified plan is approved by the Director all the stipulations of Condition of Approval #18 A. through L apply. Which means

If MHS has increased its enrollment above 265 its is in violation of Resolution 2005-105 Conditions of Approval #18; #18 A. and #18 F.

I asked you for a copy of MHS' revised traffic plan 7 days ago. What seems to be the problem ? Can you have someone make a copy of MHS' revised traffic plan that Resolution 2005 105 Condition of Approval # 18 F. required MHS to do and mail it to me tomorrow.
