Fwd: My response to your latest attack

Mari,

Apologies accepted. Moving on. Drawings now are not helpful. Yard signs are. How can you empathize with MHS' parents ??

By  MHS' parent's failure to publicly support an environmentally friendly pathway they have demonstrated since 1993 that they care only for themselves and could care less about Evergreen Ave. or its neighborhood.

Not one wrote to Kinsey in support of vanning or busing all of MHS' K-8 students. Not one wrote in favor of an at grade ADA complianr pathway. Not one wrote in favor of MHS buying an 8 passenger van so SR2S funds could be used for public school children who walk to school everty day.

One should be be very cautious empathizing with those that are out to destroy you. They will be nice, polite etc. as they damn well go about achieveing whatever they want at what ever cost to someone else.

After all they are not destroying their street or neighborhood are they?

No, sir - the majority of the parents are not destroying this street or this neighborhood.
That is why I empathize with them. If you saw the SR2S file, you would have seen that there are not that many letters of support for the sidewalk project - and those few that did support it, requested a path OR sidewalk.
I'll make my own drawing, thanks. It's just that it seems a shame for me to do it, when you have so much more to contribute.
