To all recipients:

Marin Horizon Inc. today has Treemasters removing a 100 year old , or more, protected Northern Californian Bay tree for within Reed Creek's protected Stream Conservation Area.. All cut butt ends of all trunk sections show no indication of rot or disease. It seems a Marin Horizon Inc. hired gun" arborists justified the removal.

Marin Horizon Inc. has persisted in having this tree trimmed and limbed in the past. Now they are having it removed.

This tree, its shade and leaf litter contributed to Reed Creek's environmental eco-system that supports endangered salmon. Marin Horizon Inc today ensured it this tree will no longer serve its natural reason for being.

Marin Horizon Inc. and its private school are a natural, physical and social destructive negative impact on our community.

And were imposed on our community in total disregard of our community's Tamalpais Area Community Plan Goal No. 7 that proposed uses be limited to those that primarily serve our community.

99.6 % of Marin Horizon Inc.'s private school students commute to school from elsewhere in the County.

Evergreen Ave. may well be Marin Horizon Inc.'s next environmental victim if the County again accommodates Marin Horizon Inc.'s desire to destroy Evergreen Ave. serm-rural character and quality with a totally inappropriate sidewalk design
