We are just now advised that the Marin Horizon School sponsored SR2S grant application for sidewalks on Melrose and Evergreen Ave. contains a HVCA Board letter of support to represent
that such a project would have sufficient community support.

Why was this HVCA letter of support written as it incorrectly represents sufficient community support for Marin Horizon School's proposed sidewalk on Evergreen Ave.
