Charles,

Great work on helping me understand the depth of this proposal. I am curious
why no one has suggested a cleanup of all existing undeveloped county right-of
-way"s that is currently functioning as a de facto sidewallk. Surely passage
could be made more managable and "attractive". Far more appealing than the
proposed cement carpet, and protecting the semi-rural character of the Valley.
Also, does their proposal address water collection and promote any relief for
resident on the lower "flats" of Evergreen Ave. Water removal maybe a
seperate issue but once repaving/road adjustments are rightfully suggested the
scope of this projects broadens.
