To all recipients:

This email confirms that with the exception of District Attorney Berbrian, as of today 16 February 2009 the following individuals S. Kinsey, B. Crawford, W Campagna, B. Kelly, and F.Mansourian have not provided a response to the below email request.

On site observation confirms that Marin Horizon School is now and has been since 1991 in flagrant violation of State and Federal accessibilty requirements.

The below request was made in acordance the State of California's Attorney General's procedures.

Its a sad day in Marin County when a private citizen must require elected official and county employees to enforce county, state and federal ordinances and acts.
