Bcc: Homestead Valley neighbors and MHS well heeled carpetbaggers

Today, Sunday, 22 July 2012 Mill Valley Patch reports that Ryan Loften, Director of his six (6) year old Mt. Tam Bikes Camp bought a nine (9) passenger, six (6) door, Cadillac limo for his young clients.

In contrast Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s nineteen (19) year old well heeled, commercial, educational, tax exempt, dollar wise, enterprise, which  was corruptly imposed by the County on Melrose Ave. Homestead Valley (See Exhibit A), signed a Safe Routes to School (SR2S) application scammig SR2S)out of $900,000 (See Exhibit B).

DPW then designed MHS' SR2S' funded sidewalk to meet MHS' specific design requirements for an environmentally destructive raised, impervious ADA compliant concrete sidewalk  along Evergreen Ave. for fewer than 20 of commuting  MHS' young clients's who take turns parking and walking to school from MHS park and walk staging area at Whole Foods..

Would that Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc. Board of Director's members, like Ted Bayer and Head of School Rosalind Hammr and now Louis Ottley, were as environmentally sensitive as Ryan Loften and Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc had purchased a new, or heavens forbid,  9 passenger Cadillac Escalade for less than $66,000 educational enterprise tax deductible dollars.

MHS could have deducted the Escalade chauffeuring,, maintenance and operation costs in lieu of imposing an environmentally destructive raised, concrete sidewalk along Evergreen Ave. for fewer than 20 of commuting MHS' young clients's who take turns parking and walking to school from MHS park and walk staging area at Whole Foods that was and is unjustified, unwanted and unwelcome by Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s Evergreen Ave. neighbors.

But no, tax exempt Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc saved these tax deductible expenses by requesting the SR2S program to expend $900,000 tax payer dollars for an environmentally destructive raised, concrete sidewalk along Evergreen Ave. for fewer than 20 of commuting MHS' young clients's who take turns in the morning only to  park and walk to school from MHS' park and walk staging area at Whole Foods.

MHS' young clients's are required to take turns parking and walking to school in the morning only by  Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's mandatory traffic reduction plan dated 2003 and in compliance with Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's  Use Permit 2005-105 Condition of Approval # 18 limit on the maximum number of MHS vehicle trips between 08:00 and 9:00 AM.

The County "graciously" deleted  limiting MHS  maximum number of MHS vehicle trips after 09:00 AM allowing unlimited pedestrian safety endangering  MHS vehicle trips into and of Homestead Valley. See Exhibit A example # 4 page 2 of 15.

IS THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF MS. MONTESSORI'S EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY OR IS IT AN EXAMPLE OF THE ENDS JUSTIFY THE MEANS OF ROBING THE POOR TO SAVE THE RICH FROM BEING GRACIOUS AND NEIGHBORLY ?
