Marin County Supervisor Steve Kinsey is stepping down as chairman of the Transportation Authority of Marin. He has held the post for 13 years and states "now is the right time for a fresh perspective." He also serves on the state Coastal Commission and is in line to be elected chairman of the Board of Supervisors next month. (full story in Marin IJ)  (Pacific Sun snippet)
