Subject: Is County granting special privileges to MHS ???

Marin Horizon School's on-street passenger loading zone located in Melrose Avenues right-of-way does not comply with Title 24 Section 24.04.340 (p) requirement that school passenger loading zones shall be on site.

 

Board of Supervisor resolution 2005-105 Department of Public Works - Land Use and Water Division Conditions of Approval does not grant Marin Horizon School any special privilege exemption from complying with Title 24.04.340 (p)'s mandated requirement that Marin Horizon School passenger loading zone shall be on-site.

 

By allowing Marin Horizon School to violate Title 24.04.340 (p)'s mandated requirement that Marin Horizon School passenger loading zone shall be on-site the County is depriving Homestead Valley citizens of their civil rights to the equal aplication and protection of County odinances. 

 

Mr. Kelly you are respectfuly requested to immediately enforce mandated Title 24.04.340 (p) requirements.
