Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s:

 

1. Head of School Rosalind Hammar contracted with traffic consultant Harrison to develop a Traffic Management Plan in 2003. MHS' 2003 Traffic Management Plan requires MHS students to take turns walking from MHS' Whole Foods parking lot to reduce MHS' parent's generated significant negative environmental impact on local streets such as Montford, Melrose and Evergreen.

 

2. Head of School Rosalind Hammar paid for an Environmental Initial Study (EIS) in 2004 to evaluate the impact of MHS with traffic on local streets. Surprise no negative impact was found.

 

3. 2004 Environmental Initial Study prepared by Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's (EIS) traffic consultant and paid for by Marin Horizon School Corporation found that Marin Horizon School parent generated traffic had no negative impact on Montford, Melrose or Evergreen and stated traffic volumes are low on these narrow local streets that have no sidewalks.

 

4. EIS and Use Permit 2005-104 and 105 was approved by the Board of Supervisors and included Marin Horizon School's 2003 Traffic Management Plan requirement that Marin Horizon School's commuting students take turns parking and walking to school from its Whole Foods park and walk staging area off of Miller Ave.

 

5. Head of School Rosalind Hammar in 2006 first applied for Safe Routes to School funds to construct a sidewalk on the south side of Evergreen Ave. from the City of Mill Valley city limits to Melrose.

 

6. Head of School Rosalind Hammar Organized a group of Homestead Valley Community Association members to study local traffic "safety" issues in 2006.Homestead Valley Community Association members found no "safety issues" and took no action.

 

7. Head of School Rosalind Hammar in 2006 first applied for Safe Routes to School funds to construct a sidewalk on the south side of Evergreen Ave. from the City of Mill Valley city limits to Melrose.

 

8. Head of School Rosalind Hammar reapplied several times between 2006 and 2009 for Safe Routes to School funds to construct a sidewalk on the south side of Evergreen Ave. from the City of Mill Valley city limits to Melrose and was rejected.

 

9. Safe Routes to School application for funds consultant Mr. Parsi prepared Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s revised 2010 Safe Routes to School application for funds to construct a sidewalk on the south side of Evergreen Ave. from the City of Mill Valley city limits to Melrose.

 

10. Head of School Rosalind Hammar reviewed, approved and signed Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's revised 2010 Safe Routes to School application for funds to construct a sidewalk on the south side of Evergreen Ave. from the City of Mill Valley city limits to Melrose which is replete with fraudulent misleading half truths and false claim statements obviously made with the intent to obtain Safe Routes To School funding by any means. See attached Exhibit B for 8 pages of evidence of Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s Safe Routes To School's 23 misleading half truths and false statements.

 

11. Fraudulent Safe Routes To Schools application was signed by DPW's Assistant  

Director Craig Tackabery. Mr., Tackabery has denied DPW participation in furnishing Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's Traffic Management Plan as fraudulently claimed in Marin Horizon School Inc's  

2010 Safe Routes To School application. See Exhibit B page 2 of 8 fraudulent statement # 8.

 

12. Revised 2010 Safe Routes To School application was approved by the Transportation Authority of Marin.  Supervisor Kinsey was on the Transportation Authority of Marin Board that voted to approve Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s fraudulent application foe Safe Routes To School funds to construct a sidewalk on the south side of Evergreen Ave. from the City of Mill Valley city limits to Melrose

 

13.  Head of School Rosalind Hammar organized Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's parent clients to send prepared formatted emails supporting the construction of Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc's sidewalk on the south side of Evergreen Ave. from the City of Mill Valley city limits to Melrose.

 

14. Approved Safe Routes To School's sidewalk design program furnished DPW with the basis for DPW's engineering design of Marin Horizon School Corporation Inc.'s Safe Routes To School's funded sidewalk.

 

15. EVERGREEN AVE.'S SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL FUNDED SIDEWALK WAS CONCEIVED OF BY MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL CORPORATION INC. WITHOUT EVERGEEN AVE. PROPERTY INPUT, REVIEW OR VOTE OF APPROVAL.

 

16. EVERGREEN AVE.'S SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL FUNDED SIDEWALK'  DESIGN  PROGRAM FOR A RAISED 4'-6" CONCRETE SIDEALK WAS DETERMINED BY  MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL CORPORATION INC. WITHOUT EVERGEEN AVE. PROPERTY INPUT, REVIEW OR VOTE OF APPROVAL.

 

17. ROLE AS THE INSTIGATOR OF MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL CORPORATION INC' EVERGREEN AVE. RAISED COLD GREY 4'-6" CONCRETE SIDEALK IS SO EVIDENT THAT "HEARUS" RENDERS A  TOTAL DISERVICE TO EVERGREEN AVE.NEIGHBORS  BY CONSTANTLY NOT REFERING  TO THIS MAN MADE AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENTALLY AND AESTHICALLY DESTRUCTIVE SIDEWALK IMPOSED ON EVERGREEN AVE

 

18. EVERGREEN AVE. SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL SIDEWALK SHOULD BE CALLED MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL WAY AND  DEDICATED TO THAT MELROSE AVE. COMMERCIAL EDUCTIONAL INCORPORATION RESPONSIBLE FOR DESTROYING A  NEIGHBORHOODS IMAGE SO POSTERITY MAY  ALWAYS CONNECT THE DESTRUCTION OF  TRANQUIL 100% ACCIDENT FREE  EVERGREEN AVE.S   HISTORICAL SEMI-RURAL AESTHIC QUALITY AND CHARACTER WITH THE MELROSE AVE. EDUCTIONAL INCORPORATION ON MELROSE AVE. THAT ADHERES TO THE TOTALITARIAN HEDONISTIC IMORAL PHILOSOPPHY "THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS".

 

YOUR USE OF MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL CORPORATION INC' SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL SIDEWALK  AS AN ISSUE MAY BE TO START-UP AND  OBTAIN HEARUS READERSHIP CNSTANTLY  OBFUSCATES  THE REALITY THAT IN FACT MARIN HORIZON SCHOOL CORPORATION INC. IS SOLEY RESPONSIBE AND ACCOUNTABLE  FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF EVERGREEN  AVE . AND THE STREET FRONTAGE OF EVERGREEN  AVE.'S RESIDENTS.
